  2. It's 1/2 cup of Low-fat or fat-free yoghurt (Greek or French vanilla are my favourites).
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of Low-fat or skim milk.
  4. You need 1 tsp of honey (or more).

Healthy Banana Smoothie instructions

  1. Cut up banana and place in blender (or jug if using a hand blender).
  2. Add honey, yoghurt and milk.
  3. Blend on medium speed or until smooth.
  4. Serve with icecream or fruit and enjoy!.
